2. Minutes. The Minutes of the previous meeting were not available for approval.
   
3. Pursewarden's Report. There was no Pursewarden's Report.
   
4. New Business

   1. Logo Patches. The logo patches are now available. Greenvie was sporting a polo shirt with the new logo. Exact cost info was not available at the meeting.
   2. Newsletter. Greenvie, as the new scribe will now be doing the newsletter.
   3. New Officers. As a result of the election at the Sumbel (annual meeting) on October 11, the SSG officers for the new term are:|
      1. Senior Druid - Gannd
      2. Pursewarden - Arlene
      3. Scribe - Greenvie
         
5. Next full moon celebration - Saturday, Nov. 8 at Tissha's invoking Arianrhod. Meet at Tissha's at 4 p.m. The celebrants will be as follows: D1 - Tissha, D2 - Gordon, Seer - Greenvie, Bard - Arlene.
   
6. Sumbel (Annual Meeting) - October 11, 2003

   1. There were 15 in attendance at our annual meeting. The annual election of officers was held.
   2. Kirk took the Omen.
      1. The Owl - The Grove is going through a period of change which will bring wisdom.
      2. The Hawk - The Grove is going through a cleansing based on past memories.
      3. The Air Dragon - The Grove will reach great vitality through inspiration and insight.
         
   3. Four members upgraded to Skygrove Memberships: Fiona, Nan, Linda and David B.
   4. As a result of the election, the SSG officers for the new term are:

      2. Pursewarden - Arlene
      3. Scribe - Greenvie
         
7. Autumn Equinox

   1. The Celebrants were:
      1. D1 - Kirk
      2. D2 - Greenvie
      3. D3 - Gannd
      4. D4/Warrior - Gordon
      5. Bard - Arlene
      6. Seer 1 - Tissha (Meditation)
      7. Seer 2 - Fiona (Omen)
      8. Sanctifier - Sally
   2. The ritual had 36 people in attendance.
   3. OMEN - Fiona took the Omen.
      1. Nature Spirits - XX Judgment: renewal; awakening the the truth of new possibilities.
      2. Ancestors: XIV Temperance: gaining strength through adversity.
      3. Shining Ones: XVII The Star: dreams, hopes, goals and plans for the future.
      4. All three taken together speak of balance needed in the Grove, which is an issue that we're facing now and dealing with beautifully. We are going through a bit of a rough spot right now but that we will come through it just fine, as long as we keep our dreams and hopes in mind and work towards them with a bit of single-mindedness. We're all striving to make this a very successful Grove and it looks as though the Kindred see our efforts and have hinted at success!
         
8. Samhain - Irish Pantheon Rite. Mythos will use the Daghda and the Morrigan with the concepts of personal and corporate transformation as the central theme.

   1. The Celebrants will be:

   2. The ritual will take place at the Summerlands Stone Circle at 5pm on November 1, 2003. Gate opens at 4pm. This will be an Irish pantheon rite.
      
9. Desert Magic Festival - April 1-4, 2004

   1. There was much discussion regarding the shape of the upcoming first ADF festival to be held at Summerlands. Some of the topics on the table were as follows:
      1. Should the festival be ADF/TAWN only or open to the public?
      2. Should attendance be limited?
      3. Should there be a day for the public if we keep it primarily closed?
      4. Vendors or no?
      5. Bracelets
      6. Desert Magick bumper stickers (Greenvie already has them designed)
      7. Food question - Hearth Share?
      8. Expand venue or keep it to Summerlands?
   2. These questions are currently under ongoing discussion.
