  1. Present were Gannd, Michele, Kirk, Don and Sally.
  2. Minutes. The Minutes of the meeting at Bookman's on 7 May, 2003 were approved as corrected:
    1. Change the number of attendees for Beltane to 30 people (4.a.).
    2. Correct typo at 6.b. (the word "change" becomes "chance").
    3. Correct typo at 8.a.ii. ("tothe" becomes "to the").
  3. Pursewarden's Report. Arlene reported that we had a checkbook balance of $264.42 and a petty cash balance of $77.70.
  4. New Business
    1. Fundraising
      1. Francesca would like to see the products before permission is given to use the ADF logo. Kirk will photograph the rocks and box and send the photos to her.
      2. Steve and Kirk met with Joanne Van Boozian (the ceramics lady) about the proposed plaques. They are still in development.
    2. Grove Emergency Response Policy
      1. Gand will present a draft of a new policy.
    3. Web Resources Page - Gannd will e-mail Kirk with more charities to add to the site.
    4. Grove Public Outreach - Gannd will pick a project and let us know.
  5. Full Moon Ritual - 15 May 2003
    1. The Ritual was a bit shaky but a good start.
    2. Qorinda was late arriving from Phoenix, so Gannd started as D1 but she took over as soon as she arrived.
    3. The Omen - Michele wasn't well, so Kirk did Seer. He drew the Fox, the Water Dragon and the Adder. He took this to mean that even though there was great care and diplomacy going on, deep emotions were happening underneath the surface of the Grove and that there would be a regeneration and rebirth process for the Grove. He took this as a warning to the Grove.
    4. Next Full Moon Ritual will be on Saturday, June 14 in Arlene's Circle.
