2. Minutes. The Minutes of the meeting at Kirk & Steve's house on 20 March, 2003 were approved as corrected.

   1. In 2.b., correct spelling to Taranuncnos.
      
3. New Business

   1. Fundraising
      1. Gannd will contact Francesca about the use of the ADF logo in our products.
      2. Steve and Kirk met with Joanne Van Boozian (the ceramics lady) about the proposed plaques. They hope to have more information at the next meeting.
   2. Quorum
      1. The proposed Bylaw change concerning Quorums passed. Out of nine possible votes, we received 8 yes votes and one vote was not returned.
         
4. Spring Equinox Ritual

   1. The Ritual went very well. The ADF Archdruid, Skip Ellison, was present and took the part of Druid 3. He also led a magical working to create balance in the world.
   2. There were 46 people in attendence. Gannd was D1, Kirk D2, Greenvie D4, Arlene as Bard, Don as Seer and Sally as Sanctifier.
   3. The Warrior (Michele) now does the Outdwellers at the new altar outside the sacred precinct.
   4. The Omen used Runes this time. They were sigils for 1) the Gods, 2) Unity and 3) the blank stone that encompassed all possibilities. Don felt it was a very good Omen.

      1. Beltane - May 1, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 7pm - Gate opens at 6pm. This will be a Welsh Pantheon Rite.
      2. Summer Solstice - June 21, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 7pm - Gate opens at 6pm. After the ritual there will be a sleep-over in the circle with an invocation tothe Sun at dawn. This will be a Gaulish Pantheon Rite.
      3. Lughnasadh - August 2, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 7pm - Gate opens at 6pm. This will be an Irish Pantheon Rite.
      4. Autumn Equinox - September 20, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 6pm - Gate opens at 5pm. This will be a Welsh Pantheon Rite.
      5. Samhain - November 1, 2003 - Summerlands Stone Circle, 5pm - Gate opens at 4pm. This will be an Irish Pantheon Rite.
