3. Pursewarden's Report.

   1. We have $161.70 in the purse right now (see report at bottom).
   2. Arlene reported that the certificates for Provisional Groves were being made now.
4. Contacting Past ADF Members in Tucson.

   1. Gannd has the list now. He will construct a letter and submit it for approval at our next meeting.
      
5. Advertising.

   1. Gannd will put an Imbolc Ritual ad in the paper.

7. Old Business.

   1. We have still not heard back from Daki and Lynda about their wedding plans.
      
8. New Business

   1. Handfasting/Wedding in Circle. Gannd performed our Circle's first handfasting on January 2, 2003. The happy couple was Mark and Lori Haines, who attend our rituals. They donated $50 to the Grove. The wedding, a Wiccan based ritual, went very well.
   2. Ritual Signage - Signs at the Stone Circle
      1. Steve will have information on these signs by the end of January.
   3. Welsh Language Lessons. Classes are on Thursday nights and they are free! They will take place at the Foothills Mall and the contact number is 520-579-5371 (Lynn Watts). We are still interested if we can find the time.
   4. Michele's ADF Membership. The Grove agreed to pay for Michele's ADF membership this year since she can't afford it.
      
9. Winter Solstice Ritual

   1. We had 40 people attend the ritual
   2. Omen - Seer's cards (left to right) were 7 Swords, 8 Cups and Temperance. Interpretation - A very good omen indeed! The Kindreds accept our sacrifices and desire the best for the Grove.
   3. We did a rite of Strengthening the Fire, where our fire was very small at first, then while Morgan led the Grove in a spiral dance, Michele and Kirk built up the fire into a large one and then Michele made a personal offering and called for the sun's return.
      
10. Imbolc Ritual

    1. Our Imbolc Ritual will be a TAWN Open Ritual.

    1. Kirk reported that Skip wanted only to do invocations.
    2. The date of the ritual will be Friday, March 21, 2003 at 5:30 pm.
