2. Minutes. The Minutes of the meeting at Maxim's on 6 November were approved as corrected.

3. Pursewarden's Report.

   1. The Pursewarden will call the Scribe with the amount in the account.
   2. Don will check on generating our Provisional Grove certificate so we can get a checking account.
      
4. Contacting Past ADF Members in Tucson.

   1. Don reported that he thinks he can get it for us now.
      
5. Advertising.

   1. Gannd will e-mail the information to Kirk who will put the ritual ad on the web.
      
6. Membership Renewals

   1. Kirk distributed ADF Member Renewal forms for everyone to fill out for our group renewal.
   2. Kirk and Steve have already paid their $15 each for ADF renewals.
   3. Everyone still has to pay their $15 Grove membership.

   1. We have still not heard back from Daki and Lynda about their wedding plans.

   1. Fundraising - could we make more logo items to sell to raise money?

   2. Emergency Response Actions - things we may need to know about:
      1. Gannd presented a possible policy statement to the Grove.
      2. Motion: This policy sheet be adopted as an official Grove policy. Motion approved.
      3. Kirk will put this policy on the website as an information page.
   3. Ritual Signage - Signs at the Stone Circle
      1. Steve will have information on these signs by the end of January.
   4. Welsh Language Lessons. Classes are on Thursday nights and they are free! They will take place at the Foothills Mall and the contact number is 520-579-5371 (Lynn Watts). We are still interested if we can find the time.
