2. Minutes. The Minutes of 21 August were approved as amended:

   1. In 2., correct the spelling of were.
   2. In 6.b., correct in a Grove to in the Grove.
   3. In 7.b. add, Additional assistance may be requested.
      
3. Pursewarden's Report.

   1. The Pursewarden reported that there was $105.25 in the Treasury at this time.
      
4. SSG Newsletter.

   1. Michele submitted two formats of our first issue. One is a split page, like our ritual booklets, and the other is a full page size.
   2. We voted to use the larger format.
      
5. Contacting Past ADF Members in Tucson.

   1. Gannd still has not heard from Epona. He will send her another e-mail.
      
6. Fall Fest.

   1. There will be a rehearsal for the ritual on 15 September at 3pm at Ash and Jim's house.
      
7. Advertising.

   1. Gannd will create an ad and show it to the Grove for approval.
   2. The Daily Star and Tucson Citizen - Gannd will e-mail our ritual information to them two weeks before each event after Grove pre-approval.
   3. Tucson Weekly, U of A Wildcat and www.arizonacommunity.com - Gannd will contact them for information.
      
8. Membership Renewals

   1. Kirk has requested that all SSG members send him their ADF expiration dates.
   2. Kirk will make a proposal about renewals at the next meeting.
