Meeting at Kirk Thomas & Steve Sampson's house, Tucson, AZ

1. Present were Gannd, Don, Arlene, Michele, Steve and Kirk
2. The Minutes of the last meeting at Maxim's Restaurant were discussed and accepted as corrected.
3. Imbolc Ritual
a. The ladies have already made the Brideog bed.
b. Don and Gannd will make the Brideog in time for the ritual.
c. Kirk reported that he had put up a small poster at the local metaphysical store
advertising the ritual. He agreed to e-mail it to Don.
d. Gannd suggested that we needed to have a sign at the gate stating: Private
Residence - Please Treat It As Such - By Invitation Only.
e. Don will make the Bannock cakes for the offerings.
f. Kirk mentioned that it would be great if we could find a ram's horn and Michele
suggested that he try at the "Israel Connection" in Phoenix.
g. Gannd suggested that we also announce the pronunciation of Brigit we will be using before the ritual begins so everyone is on the same wavelength.
h. Before the ritual, we should announce that coins may be used to replace silver in the passing of the bowl during the offering to the well segment.
i. Gannd will write up the pre-ritual announcements to include the above.
4. Consecration of Summerlands Stone Circle
a. The Consecration Ritual and Imbolc rehearsal will take place at Summerlands on Friday, February 1 at 5:30 pm.
5. Treasurers Report
a. We have $27.12 at the moment, all from offerings to the well.
b. We have no outstanding bills at the moment.
6. Post Office Box
a. Kirk reported that the Post Office has put us on a waiting list of 2-3 weeks duration and that we should have a box by the beginning of February.
b. Gannd will hold off sending in the ADF Grove report until we have our PO Box, unless it takes longer than the middle of February.
7. Website
a. Don will check to see if we can get the owner of the server to register our domain name first, for $20 (which we have in the treasury) and then do the web site later.
8. Grove Classes
a. Gannd will be working on Staves on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 19-20, should anyone be interested and come over. All are welcome.
b. Gannd's class on Making Cordials can be done anytime. We will decide the date after Imbolc.
c. The Dedicant Program (DP) Study Group will meet for the first time on Feb. 20, 2002 after the regular meeting.
9. Liberty Spirit Weekend.
a. This year's Liberty Spirit Weekend may be held at Summerlands, opening July 4-
7th, 2002 with drumming on Saturday, July 6th.
b. Rituals and the drumming can take place in the stone circle.
c. The event would be co-sponsored by Don and Arlene's Solitaries Circle and the
Sonoran Sunrise Grove, ADF.
d. Noisy activities would have to be held indoors after 10 or 11 pm.
10. Adjournment
