Meeting at Maxim's Restaurant, Tucson, AZ - 5 December 2001
1. Present were Gannd, Kirk, Arlene, Don, Scott and Michele.
2. Yule Ritual - the ritual will take place at Don and Arlene's on Friday, 21 December at 5:30 pm. Everyone should get there by 5 pm.
3. Gannd submitted his list of SSG activities based on his records. He asked Grove members to check with their records and add/change/delete any entries and please get the information back to him.
4. Kirk will get a new Post Office box for the Grove and will notify ADF. The money collected at the rituals will be used to pay for 6 months.
5. Calendar
a. Pagan Pride ("Pagan Night Out") is on December 7 at 6:30 pm at Ft. Lowell Park, Ramada 7.
b. The next TAWN meeting and Cauldron Luck is on Sunday, December 9.
c. The 4th Avenue Street Fair is next weekend (Dec. 8 & 9).
6. Steve Sampson and Michele Briere were accepted as members of the Sonoran Sunrise Grove. For the purposes of our annual meeting to be held this month, the membership roster consists of:
David Foster (Gannd), Don Davis, Arlene Davis, Kirk Thomas, Craig Staples, Doug Dewey, Steve Sampson and Michele Briere. Of these, only David, Kirk and Steve are Full Members (ADF members).
7. The next meeting will take place at Don and Arlene's on Tuesday, December 18, 2001 at 6:30 pm.
